Our very own Joy Mozzi, tireless facilitator of Sydney based Gaia’s Table, recently released her first ebook ‘Raw 'n' Tasty Recipes, Tips & Suggestions for Everyday Raw’.
The book comprises recipes, tips and suggestions from her regular newsletter that have been fine-tuned and enhanced. Additional material includes the benefits of a raw food diet, reducing your weekly food preparation time, storing fresh produce and Joy’s personal raw journey.
From the recipes I have tried so far my favourites are: Dried Chia and Superfoods – a delicious and super healthy breakfast; Avocado, Orange & Greens Salad – a fresh and tasty salad with an oil-less dressing; ‘Stir Fry’ Cabbage – with the texture of a cooked dish without the cooking; Nut Cheese Trio – which has it’s place as nibbles, a starter, or as a main and is a great replacement for the traditional dairy laden dips; Lemon & Coconut Nut Slice – an extremely easy to make but knockout slice from the Sweet Things section.
The ‘Raw 'n' Tasty Recipes, Tips & Suggestions for Everyday Raw’ ebook is available on line through fruvenu.com.au for $17.
