We advocate the consumption of an optimally nutritious diet, comprised mainly of raw, uncooked and unprocessed vegan foods of a wide variety and we advise regular checks with health professionals, particularly regarding vitamin B12 levels.
We encourage an overall healthy lifestyle including exercise of all forms.
We are a support group for those who seek company along this path and we acknowledge that all people are biochemically unique and have differing nutritional requirements. One diet does not fit all.
